Applications are accepted: All health, immunization, and general medical forms must be kept current and is the responsibility of each child's parent. enrollment requirements · completed registration information card · completed medical history statement signed by physician · completed van card for medical information kept on van · pay deposit ($100) which is applied to first month's child care costs. |

| Acceptance criteria:
We must place new requests for attendance on a waiting list. In an effort to bring extreme fairness to this process, we ask that each prospective family complete our initial children enrollment form and submit it with the deposit of $100 per child. Upon receipt, your name will be added to the next available spot with LLC

Today's “Preschool’s Out” Activity
Trace around your child's foot, with shoe on, on a piece of white construction paper or card stock. Have child cut out the shoe print and add a spooky face. Glue it to a popsicle stick and you have a ghost stick puppet!
