Applications are accepted: Emergency authorization form, copy of current immunization record ? health statement signed by physician make an appointment with deedra pace, admissions director twos class: children must be 2 by september 1st of current school year threes class: children must be 3 by september 1st of current school year pre-k fours : children must be 4 by september 1st of current school year |
