Application Process

Applications are accepted: Families will be asked to return the following items: completed application form up-to-date immunization record birth certificate social security card previous academic records standarized test scores (iowa or stanford). please note: fbs does not accept taks scores as a basis of admission pastor recommendation letter (secondary students only) once all of the documents have been returned, an appointment will be given for the child to be tested. our office will be calling the parents to schedule an interview with the school principal. both parents, as well as the student need to attend the interview with the school principal. following the interview, the family will be notified of the acceptance decision. the family will then have two weeks to respond to the decision and complete the enrollment procedures.

Trace around your child's foot, with shoe on, on a piece of white construction paper or card stock. Have child cut out the shoe print and add a spooky face. Glue it to a popsicle stick and you have a ghost stick puppet!
