Application Process
Applications are accepted: Obtain an application packet from the school or print the forms online. be sure all forms in the packet are filled out completely. an incomplete packet will delay the process. provide copies of your child's report cards from the previous three years and/or high school transcripts. provide copies of standardized test scores (norm-referenced) from the previous three years. provide a copy of the official birth certificate and current immunization records. provide recommendation forms from pastor, administrator/counselor and teacher(s). return the completed f.a.c.t.s. agreement or apply to f.a.c.t.s. online mail or return the application for enrollment to the school office including the parent agreement, financial agreement, medical information/permission form, policy for acceptable use of computers (if applicable), and parent volunteer questionnaire. include the application fee with the completed application packet. this fee is non-refundable, even if the application is denied. at least four years old for pre-k, by september 1 interview |

Today's “Preschool’s Out” Activity
Trace around your child's foot, with shoe on, on a piece of white construction paper or card stock. Have child cut out the shoe print and add a spooky face. Glue it to a popsicle stick and you have a ghost stick puppet!
