Application Process
Applications are accepted: Pre-kindergarten is designed for: those students turning age 5 by december 31, or… those students needing another year of preparation before kindergarten due to parent choice or kindergarten testing results. students seeking admission are evaluated on the basis of their transcripts, behavior, academics, references, admission questionnaires, interview, and demonstrated ability to perform satisfactorily at carrollton christian academy required forms to be completed and turned in to admissions office recent picture of student mandatory, family picture optional immunization record (include copy of chicken pox letter, if vaccine was not given) report cards from last two years parent questionnaire principal recommendation form classroom teacher recommendation form student record request form copy of divorce decree, if applicable, stating custody, etc. documentation of add, adhd, learning difference, etc., including report from doctor. ? parent interview with admissions coordinator and/or administrator (one or both parents) |
