Application Process

Applications are accepted: 1 they should be potty-trained. 2. an up to date immunization record which is required by law before your child can start to school for the first time. the required immunizations vary according to age. 3. a physical is required for all students new to cresset before the first day of school. 4. a signed discipline and behavior management policy form. 5. a signed permission to participate form. 6. an affirmation form signed by parents. parents must agree with the school’s philosophy and agree to abide by the established procedures of the academy. no student will be admitted to cresset christian academy who does not agree to cooperate with the overall purpose and program. 7. a copy of your child's birth certificate. a copy of custody documentation is needed if child is not living with both biological parents.

Trace around your child's foot, with shoe on, on a piece of white construction paper or card stock. Have child cut out the shoe print and add a spooky face. Glue it to a popsicle stick and you have a ghost stick puppet!
