Application Process
Applications are accepted: The following are necessary when registering a child: 1. baptismal certificate & birth certificate 2. medical records - immunizations a child needs upon entrance to school are: a. d.p.t. - series of 3 (infant) b. 1st booster - age 2 c. 2nd booster - after 4th birthday (before school entrance) d. o.p.v. - series of 3 (infant) 3. transfer card from school attended 4. all children admitted to kindergarten must be five years of age by oct. 15th. 5. child’s social security number. |

Today's “Preschool’s Out” Activity
Trace around your child's foot, with shoe on, on a piece of white construction paper or card stock. Have child cut out the shoe print and add a spooky face. Glue it to a popsicle stick and you have a ghost stick puppet!
