Application Process
Applications are accepted: Application for enrollment in the 3 and 5 day four-year-old kindergarten program will be open to all children whose fourth (4th) birthday comes on or before september 30th of the school year. application for enrollment in the three-year-old program will be open to all children whose third (3rd) birthday comes on or before september 30th of the school year. children must also be toilet trained. forms required for admission the following forms are required for admission: • registration form • statement of cooperation • current health form • emergency information sheet • school records (new students entering the academy) new student enrollment procedure complete the registration form and submit with registration fee. the registration fee will be held until notification of acceptance. parent/student interviews with the school principal. interview with pastor clouse. this applies if your family does not attend merrimack valley baptish church. you will receive a letter of acceptance to smca. |

Today's “Preschool’s Out” Activity
Trace around your child's foot, with shoe on, on a piece of white construction paper or card stock. Have child cut out the shoe print and add a spooky face. Glue it to a popsicle stick and you have a ghost stick puppet!
