Question to director: Please list anything you wish parents to be aware of with respect to the application process.
(Referral Process - according to the Parents Handbook) Parents can call the center and place their name on a waiting list. When a space is available in a classroom the family is notified and a site visit and interview are scheduled. The Program Director conducts an interview with the parent(s), with the child present. This allows the parent(s) to learn about the program and the Director to learn about the parent(s) and child. Parents are either income eligible for one of the program's OCCS slots, have a voucher or pay the private fee. All information regarding eligibility for subsidy is also reviewed at intake.
