Located off Armor Road near downtown Marysville, Jennings Park has a lot to offer, especially for the dinosaur loving crowd.  The Dinosaur Park at Jennings Park features a Pterydactyl swing, and ride-on prehistoric giants which include Barney, the Tyrannosaurus Rex, a Triceratops and a baby Brontosaurus.The park is home to the historic Gehl House, a small log cabin which was restored to what it would have been like in 1884. Another playground and a master garden which includes a compost demonstration site is located on the same end of the park.  Walking trails connect the parks and the fishing pond which is situated in middle of the 51 acre park grounds.  A 17 acre wetland observatory is perfect for bird watchers and those looking for a peaceful getaway.The Memorial Park offers softball fields, trails, picnic facilities, and restrooms.  The Jennings Park Barn has meeting rooms with kitchen facilities which can be rented.Pack a lunch and some rubber boots if the weather hasn't been nice.  Do some exploring!  There's a lot to see and do at Jennings Park.
