When it's too hot, too rainy or if you simply need a place where your kiddo/s can burn some energy, Extreme Fun is a great option. Just south of Lakeline Mall, Extreme Fun is a relatively new indoor playground located in a nondescript strip mall. As with other similar venues, Extreme Fun requires socks, but allows you to bring in food and drink. The front area has tables for having lunch or a snack and a snack bar (admittedly stocked with sugary foods at kids' eye level). Past the cashier, inflatables line the walls on both sides all the way to the back of the space. Right in front there is a toddler area with a transportation theme and across the way is a pretty high slide. Inflatables have dinosaur, monster truck and pirate themes. For those kids who still miss Radijazz, in the back corner there is a foam pit with slides to spend some time. On a typical weekday morning, none of the inflatables are too crowded and there is plenty to choose from. Extreme Fun is restricted to kids 10 and under and an attendant periodically checks the inflatables. Parents of older children can take advantage of free wireless service. If you can make it on a Tuesday or Thursday, admission is $5. Happy bouncing!
