The fairgrounds consist of 80 acres of secured grassy areas with paved drives & some paved parking. There are approximately 25 structures, most are secured & have concrete floors. Three buildings are climate-controlled and available for rental year-round: the Family Arts Building, Community Building and the Fair Office. The Pavilion is air-conditioned and available spring through fall. Other structures are also for rental including the Livestock Barn, Horse Arena and Grandstand.
