For 36 years, Boston's 4th of July spectacle has been attended by thousands of people. The event consists of awesome fireworks which are accompanied by a live performance of the Boston Pops. Believe me when I tell you, if your children can stay up past dark to see the show, they will be amazed by what they see. Hosted once again by Craig Ferguson with special guest Toby Keith, you must see this at least once to be considered a real Bostonian. Tip: Arrive early (before noon) to find a good place to sit. Pack a lunch, water, sunscreen, blankets, and things to keep the kids occupied. Best to take public transportation as parking will be scarce.
