Family members of all ages can discover the wonders of trees at Boston Children's Museum in the Nature Explore Traveling Exhibit, "Exploring Trees Inside and Out." The exhibit contains pieces and parts of a tree - in larger-than-life scale - that allow visitors to take a walk through the inside of a tree trunk and through the veins of the leaves. Visitors will also experience the sights, sounds and scents of trees and will leave the exhibit with a greater understanding and appreciation of trees and the key role they play in their daily lives. The exhibit is a division of the Nature ExploreTM program, a collaborative project of the Arbor Day Foundation and Dimensions Educational Research Foundation and presented by Doubletree Hotels.
Saturday, November 14th is the Exploring Trees Fair where kids will learn about their wonderful tree friends through activities, performances, and song.
