Description:
The Homeschool Gymnastics program provides a well rounded fitness experience. Gymnasts complete the standard skills poster and also add rotations for fitness such as jump rope, running, situps, pushups, and other conditioning. Homeschool students are tested each year using the President's Fitness Test. Two open houses are held each year where students bring friends and enjoy food, drinks, and relaxation. The ASI system provides parents with much needed documentation via our skills poster and testing sheets as well as the President's Test. Prices are also discounted to fit the homeschool budget. Classes are available for school age boys and girls as well as preschool siblings.
