Description:
"Kids Cooking Company is an innovative concept in children's cooking classes which we developed to inspire, excite and feed the curiosity of your growing gourmet. We are experienced teachers, busy moms and good friends who share a passion for great food, working with children, and enhancing the family experience. So it just came natural to us to continue to "teach" in the most comfortable and nourishing place in the home - the kitchen! The experience of cooking is an integral part of life which provides a fundamental way to connect with our own children and with the generations of our family. Cooking with our own children has enriched out lives so much that we decided to share this wonderful experience with other families. So, in 2002, we founded Kids Cooking Company. As we strived to make important basic concepts tangible for our student gourmets, we discovered even more benefits. Our classes provide opportunities to create something tasty in the kitchen, to have a hands-on, up-to-your-elbows blast and to learn many important educational and life skills along the way." -- Excerpted from school website
