Description:
This High Performance Training program is designed specifically for the college or high school team player. The focus is on improving the skills of the individual player to prepare each player for his/her upcoming season. Our Pros teach and motivate players to reach their best game each time they step onto the court. Players will make critical improvements to their game, maximizes their performance and reach new levels in tennis skills in all aspects of their game. Training Camp consists of on court drills, footwork drills, conditioning, speed and agility drills, strategy and mental toughness and competitive matches under the supervision of Frog Hollow pro staff members.
