Seattle Parks & Recreation's Late Night program has been run in the City of Seattle for over 15 years. It provides a safe place for teens to hang out between the hours of 7 p.m. and midnight on Friday and Saturday nights. The Outdoor Opportunities (O2) program is an outdoor expedition level program designed to expose multi-ethnic teens to environmental education, urban conservation, and stewardship, while creating an environment for community leadership and empowerment. Each month, O2 youth have the opportunity to participate in two overnight excursions, environmental service learning projects, and weekly workshops.
