Future chefs explore a world of possibilities and learn about the cuisines of other lands in five fun-filled days of hands-on cooking. Kids will learn cooking techniques, kitchen safety and delicious recipes using familiar and healthy ingredients. With entrees, complementary side dishes and desserts, they’ll be able to prepare a complete meal from different parts of the globe. Each day brings a new cuisine to explore: French, Indian, Mexican, Italian and Japanese. Each camp is geared to the age group’s skill level and interests. Vegetarian, with dairy and eggs.
