Denton Gymnastics Academy is located in the heart of Denton, Texas. You can find us just a couple blocks off the historic downtown square. We cater to local athletes and pride ourselves in being the international hub for gymnastics. Our philosophy is deeply rooted in the discipline of gymnastics and our goal is to provide fitness and fun to the local community. At Denton Gymnastics Academy, we offer a productive environment for kids of any age to expand and improve on their physical fitness abilities. Our facility consists of first-rate coaching and top-of-the-line equipment. The sport of gymnastics provides a great basis for balance, strength, flexibility, agility and coordination. Gymnastics is a unique sport that gives participants the opportunity to express themselves and compete as individuals as well as a part of a team while teaching the foundations of focus and discipline.
