At the end of class, no one thanked us for a great summer session, there was no discussion about how we thought things went or even an offer to return. My daughter is only 3 so she enjoyed the class and being around other little girls, but from a parents' perspective this is unacceptable and we will not return. I'm not writing this review to bash the business, but I'm writing this in hopes that it will help the business improve their practices and hopefully it will help others to make an informed decision about what they are getting into. I work hard for my money and I expect to get what I pay for. This group promised many things that were not delivered and it simply isn't right.

(continued from previous review) And what I received was not worth what I paid. My daughter received a plain leotard and leggings from walmart. We never got a t-shirt or anything else. Fast forward to the end of class where there was suppose to be an award ceremony, which required a payment of $10 for a certificate and personlized trophy (which I didn't understand because i thought this should have been covered in the monthly fee). I made the payment well before the due date to make sure my daughter received her personalized trophy. What my child received was an old trophy that was repurposed. It was damaged and I could clearly see where there was previoulsy a name plate that had been removed because some of the adhesive remianed. On top of that, my child's name was misspelled on her certificate. There was no award ceremony, the certificates were written out while the girls practiced and she just handed them their stuff and that was that. (continued)

I'm only here to share my experience in dealing with this group and I must say it wasn't a pleasant one. I would advise against signing up for this group's recraetional division as it seems most of the attention and resources goes toward the competition squad. I enrolled my daughter for the summer 2014 session, I paid the full session fee and paid for the "required" practice attire in advance of the class starting, she was to receive a leotard, leggings & gym bag, all with the group logo. When the class started i was advised it would be about a week to get the practice attire because they had to order her size and there wouldn't be a gym bag, but a t-shirt instead. It took 2 months for me to receive the pracice attire and more than half of the session had passed at this point. And it wasn't until I sent the owner two emails (the first one went unanswered) and finally asking for a refund that the practice attire became available. (continued)
