During our Summer Cheer Camps, participants learn how to perform cheers, through concentrated practice in stunts, tumbling, gymnastics, dance and strength training. Yoga in the afternoons will benefit campers through balance, concentration and flexibility. Benefits of cheer camp include increased body awareness, coordination, strength, balance, flexibility and the social & leadership benefits learned through teamwork. This concentrated approach will produce a successful group of cheerleading athletes in just one week of camp. Creative time will be spent with Cheerleading themed Crafts. A show will be performed on the last day for parents & friends.
