Preschool Age Gymnastics

We Know that preschool age children need physical activity to enhance their physical and mental growth. Our preschool gymnastics program is structured so that every child will benefit from the activities that they practice in class. We also know that all children have different levels of ability and maturity. Therefore, we have different levels within our preschool program so that each child can be challenged according to their current abilities. Classes are taught in a fun and positive atmosphere where our most important objective is to make the children feel good about themselves and what they can do. Parents & Tots (18 mo. to 3 years old) A parent participation class, where the primary goal is to develop motor skills, body awareness, coordination, and interact with other children while building confidence in their abilities. The class is taught in a circuit format as parents assist their child in all the activities, giving positive reinforcement for their efforts Tumble Bugs(All 3 years olds) This class is taught without the aid of the parents, so a 6 to 1 maximum ratio is kept. Very basic gymnastics skills are taught on scaled down equipment with a major emphasis on the development of motor skills, body awareness, coordination, and interaction with other children (Boys and girls) Acro Tots (Beginning 4 & 5 year old girls) Beginning tumbling, bars, beam, vault and trampoline skills are taught with the use of scaled down equipment.

Sparks & Stars (Intermediate & Advanced) 4 to 6 year old girls who have advanced beyond Acro Tots. (must have mastered the skills required for Acro-Tots, or Sparks...see instructor) Mighty Mites 1 (4/5 year old Boys) High energy all boys class with tumbling, rings, bars, vault and lots more, taught in a circuit format. (Mighty mites 2 and 3 are intermediate and advanced boys ages 4 & 5)...see instructor. School Age Gymnastics

Girls Gymnastics (Levels 1-4) Beginning to advanced skills are taught on bars, beam, tumbling, trampoline and vault. A max class size of 8 will give each student the opportunity to make the most of each class. Boys Gymnastics (Level 1-3) An all boys class that includes tumbling, rings, high bar, vault, parallel bars, pommel horse and trampoline. 8 is the max. class size. Tumbling Classes

Advanced Tumbling

This class is for students who have advanced beyond beginning level skills. These students must have mastered a roundoff backhandspring and will work on multiple tumbling skills, saltos, and twisting saltos. Beginning Tumbling

This is a tumbling only class. Great for students who want to learn tumbling skills for Cheer or Dance. No experience is required. We use our in-ground tumble track, trampolines, tumbling barrels, resi-pits and other tools to help students learn in a progressive and safe manner.
