Halloween Bingo
ages 4-6
Supplies
Cardstock, markers, scissors, bowl, candy corn
Activity Detail
Make Bingo Cards with various Halloween images on them, such as ghosts, pumpkins, skulls, witch hats, spiders, black cat faces, etc. (For a quicker way, you could also use Halloween stickers.) If you want, you can also replace the word "bingo" at the top of each card with the word "ghost" or "candy." Then make the chips to draw out of a bowl (e.g. G witch hat, H pumpkin) and play the game using candy corn as markers. An extra fun treat for a Halloween party or afternoon project. Note: All cards need to be different so this project takes some time.
Comments
The preparation is lengthy. Might be better for Mom or Dad to pre-make the cards, and have kids help color them, so they don't lose interest before game time.

This is a fun idea, and can be applied to all holidays throughout the year, i.e. peppermints as markers at Christmas, jelly beans as markers at Easter, etc.

To save time you could use rubber stamps to create the bingo cards. A great activity for a children's Halloween party.
