Family photos, scissors, glue, thick paper or poster board, markers.

Activity Detail

You can make a great family collage by cutting out pictures of family members and gluing them to poster board. Cut a variety of pictures of family members from photos or copies of photos. Then glue the pictures onto the paper or poster board. This is the fun part: Get our your markers and crayons and help your child to decorate the collage. Older children can practice their writing skills by labeling the pictures with the dates and descriptions of what the people are doing.
